Scheme overview

The emerging scheme seeks to provide:

• A brand new, state of the art GP surgery built early on to the specifications of the NHS.

• A new 6,000sqft high tech diagnostic centre next to the GP surgery.

• A mixture of up to 455 high quality homes, including family sized homes, bungalows and affordable homes.

• A design character that befits Aveley with materials that will stand the test of time.

• 1,000sqm of commercial space for new shops.

• A new park including sports pitches and a sports pavilion.

• Play areas to cater to a range of age groups.

• New allotments for local residents to apply for.

• A biodiversity net gain of at least 10%, with new native tree planting and wildflower meadows, in line with regulations.

• Robust drainage measures that can cope with a 1 in 100 year storm event.

• Parking spaces in line with Thurrock Council’s standards and highways upgrades where necessary.
